sikashimmer, I admit i have a problem. I wanna get help but it isnt that easy\ id love getting helop but therapists dont work...not on me at least...ive seen a therapist since i was 5... and they just make me worse

everyone told me it would hurt but it really doesnt. if u focus on somthing else or have soemone hold ur hand it helps...it feels like a lot of pressure and then theres a quick sting... but thats it

thats how it is with me too!! my doctor said it was my enemia(sp?) which is iron deficiancy in the blood...but i think shes lying... then again... im paranoid... but get checked for enemia...that may be the problem...or depression...
