that's wright, you need to speak with a dentist asap, they could still help you and cure it, it's easy to cure, they will probably give you also pills stopping desease and some proper tooth paste
use white or very light foundation, bloody red lipstick, put some bite marks on your neck (you can do it with lipliner), that should work :)
No, it's not true, I use lipstick all the time and my lips look much better now
You should get prescription contact lenses from the opician, as they will be suitable for your eye type. Don't buy lenses on hight street or on the internet, otherwise you might mess your eyes, as they are sensitive.

ok, for smooth and shine hair Andrew Collinge Shampoo and Heat Defence Spray, they are absolutely fantastic, cover split ends, and give the hair great style, recommended
try layered hair, ask your hairstylist to cut so you don't need to use straightener and ask for ligh style - with shorter hair at the top, and thinner at the ends. It's a very good style for shoulder length
walking is good, also try stretching, and cycling - great for legs. Walking should help, maybe you need more time to loose excess weight. Drink more pure water (or fruit tees) which helps on digestive. Hope it helps :)

it's quite harmfull, you can minimize it by using anti-heat protection spray before straightening. You can buy good ones at Boots (if you live in UK) - I recommend Andrew Collinge heat defence spray
