I think it can to a certain point. laughter cant make all issues disappear. however it can make it better and help you move through it. it can help when you are just flat out in a bad mood. it is somethin that can spread. kinda like a virus or disease....

You need to set them down and talk to them face to face. tell them how you feel and why you have those feelings. explain to them the situation that youre in and feel. they dont know if you dont talk.
