The fact that you are asking that makes me think you are going to abuse them. They will seriously mess your body up. Don't do it.

Get on the birth control called Orthotricyclene. It worked for me. I started it when I was 17 and am still on it at 26. I hardly ever get acne anymore. It cleared me up in about 2-3 months.
I get up and use the bathroom or get a drink of water. It usually comes to me then.
Set your alarm for 2-3 hours before you really have to get up, take two asprin and chug a cup of water. You won't feel "normal" in the morning but you'll feel better.
I'd say referrals too. Ask your parents if they know anyone at work w/ little ones who need babysitting. You can always coerce your parents to ask these other parents for a night out on the town then you automatically have a job booked!
