Dude, you're a teenager. All teenagers are self conscious. You just have to let it go. Think about how everyone else is self conscious, and just change quick. I'm a girl and self conscious, and that's what I do. :) Good luck ♥!

Ballet flats are my best friend for church, and formal stuff. I'm 13 and I'm 5'9 so I hate heels, so I don't want to give myself a few more inches. They sell cute ballet flats pretty much anywhere. Don't go witht the ones that look kinda like sneaks...
Aw me too hun. =] The best thing you can do is do lunges for your upper thighs, and they will eventually (maybe a month) start working your lower thighs too... but you have to do them every day. Also, to get a even more weight loss in your thighs...

Allot of things can cause foot cramps... I always get them from bending my foot a funky way or holding it in one position for too long. ^_^ ♥
