Do you mean, how do you get rid of the frizz ? If so, when you've washed and conditioned it, then put in a sleek serum, you can get them from any drugstore ? Works for me :)

Do a salt compress, it worked for me when I had the same thing. Like, put half a tablespoon of salt in really warm water, and dip a cotton pad in it, and then leave it one the nose for like half an hour, it should bring all the pus out. :)

Try putting your bottom teeth up over your top lip, and stretching your neck forwards, that's what my mom does. And she has a product called 'thinny thin chin' by bliss, which is like some hi-tech fat busting cream or something ?!!? I don't know ...
