Woow havn't been on FunAdvice for a verrry long time. I've been quite ill and have been in hospital quite a bit. A lot has happened over the past few months but things are looking good now.

all you gotta do is stretch dude its easy I was in gymnastics jus like google gymnastics stretches or something and do them they will work in no time :D
I just have an ITunes also and then you drag the songs from your limwire onto your itunes and do it normaly I don't know thats how I do it

I have two favorites mine are gymnastics and bball. I can't do much of the running because I have major asthma.
