no your not too old I've been a dancer all of my life and girls start dance as teens all the time and its kinda great because they learn faster especially if theyre dedicated
limit yourself to 1 or 2 a day then gradually decrease the amount instead drink water or something healthy cokes are really really bad for you and all the sugar causes breakouts...which is why I rarely drink cokes
