An elliptical machine is an awesome thing for this. It has my butt sore every other day and it has helped my tummy a lot.
The structure of your face and your particular shade of brown in the eyes will also play into color choices. Honestly you can switch up the colors without being too clowny. Their are times to wear certain colors and times to wear more neutral colors....
