  I say just eat healtheir foods for your mealls and snakcs. You can have junk food to but in moderation. Don't crash diet. it's really bad for you. Get more exercise. It worked for me and all.

  Normal make up should not make you break out more. Unless you might be alergic to something in the the make up. I say if the make up is making you break out try a different kind.
