  Hey thanks, everyone! Problem solved...although I still can't get "msconfig" to run...I was able to figure out how to use the Registry fix with my Spring Cleaning (from WorldStart) to make the message go away. Thanks for all the tips.

  Windows is looking for C:\PROGRA~INSTAL~1\{7DCA3~1\setup.exec....and I can't "browse" and find it. So my question is, how can I find it or better yet, stop Windows from looking for it so it doesn't hold up my startup?
