Uhh. To answer the question... I guess it depends on your pain tolerance. For me it didn't. The cartilage in your nose is thinner than that of your ear if that helps.

I think that it is a little contradicting for a christian band to be screamo bc the growls, pig squeals, and other various types of screams are meant to be demonic and rough. Yet half of the heavy metal/ screamo bands I can think of are Christian.. hmm
