yes it sounds like cramps to me. if you've already started your period it could mean your going to be having it again soon.
and also you could have pulled a muscle in vollyball cause it definately uses a lot of muscles.

dont get both sides done at the same time. sleeping is extremely hard if you do so, because putting pressure of a new piercing in general hurts but especially your cartilage.

best thing that worked for me was soaking a cotton ball in hott saline solution and putting it on the piercing till it cools down then I personally put vitamine e on it.
