Woow havn't been on FunAdvice for a verrry long time. I've been quite ill and have been in hospital quite a bit. A lot has happened over the past few months but things are looking good now.

A site called nutritiondata.com will show you how many calories and other nutrition data for most foods. I think you might have to go through a free registration, but it has a lot of handy info.
This site, CookingByNumbers.com , asks you what you have in your fridge or cupboard and then will tell you what you can cook with those ingredients. This might be a good way to get some new ideas for cooking without spending any extra money.
