depends on person it does hurt a bit but its not un-bearable...
most painful piercing I have ever gotten!!! I cried... I have 27 piercing and it hurts... but its over quick... get it its worth it!
wow pwople talk so much crap/... it is ILLEGAL to pierce the top of ear with a gun!!! if someone does it they should be closed down... it depends on the personw ith healing and pain...
