It is a sign that something is not right with your dog, it would be best to take her to the vet.
The best way to know for sure would be to take him on a visit to the vet. sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Everyone in my class is your weight and they are only 5' 4 so I really wouldn't worry. However, perhaps, you need to improve your diet, maybe it needs just a bit more balance, that would definitely help with your problems. All the best =]
