drink lots of water and cranberry juice but I dont know if there is an exact way to get it out bc if they really want to the roots of your hair will show that you have been smok'n not sure how they doit but I guess
you might miss her alot but think how happy you will be when you get to see her again! and you can always call if your alowed to. or rite her letters you can send them or wait till she gets back and let her read them so she knows how much you miss her....
