it may be an ingrown hair , this is caused by when the hair is growing it comes out of the sking and bends and grown back into it , this is more likly to happen when you shave. I get them sometimes im sure we all do , I dont this its anythink wo worrie...

Yes you can but its best not to bcoz it wont get clean down there and you will smell , if down the a break of tampons and pads while your in the shower
