its not Pakistani tradition ..basicaly hindu do that...im not sure wts da reason behing that,some sort or traditon or religious sign ,THat dot is called bindi...but please make sure PAkistani women dont do that,they are muslims and bindi has no any con...

first cleans your nose wid any cleansing milk for 5 to 10 minutes,that will make your nose skin vey soft ,now take a pin for blak heads or anyother pin and slightly take out blak heads,it works,,,I do dis and n no mre problem of ugly blak heads...:)
