Tell him how you really feel about him. Don't use words like "love." That could get him alittle spooked. tell how you feel and why you feel that way. Make a date and tell him at the end of the date.

Well me personally its all in the eyes and the personality if those qualities are not there then I have no intrest in her. who cares about a girls boobs or butt its all in the eyes!
he likes you more as a friend. He is trying to give you strong indications, and your obviously aware of it. If you like him tell him how you feel truly. I promise he will open up to you more then anything.
