First of all, its important to know that it won't happen overnight ! Just exercise like 20 mins per day and watch what you eat. and that should do it. if that doesnt give you the results wanted, you can always go to a gym and get a personal trainer ...

use masks ,, not cheap ones but ones especially for dry skin. or if its just normal dry skin use cream

you can get special pads to make them look equal. I know trust me my friend has the same thing and she freaked out too at first but she got the special pads and she's feeling waay more confident ! I think you can get them at bra stores =) Hope I help...
