You can't do anything about it. You can try and file for religious discrimination, but the store still reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, unless that wasn't posted somewhere.
I wouldn't buy any laptops from ebay. I had one.. and it was trash. Incredibly outdated, battery wouldn't hold a charge, keyboard was screwed up, etc. It's better just to go to the store and buy a new screen if you don't mind using a desktop.
