hey... dont really know what to tell you about the whole hand-job thing but as for shaving... are you shaving upwards? like how you would shave your legs? because if you are then that can cause bumps. ive had those before when i was shaving like that.....
well it should just kinda happen in the moment... just while your kissing her put your hand on her stomach (works best if laying down) and SLOWLY move upwards... or if you are standing up, while you are kissing her put your hand on her neck and move do...
does touching eachother include oral sex? if yall havnt done that you always can do that before you jump into the whole sex thing...but yeah i say whatever makes you happy then do it. go with what you feel... take care! :)
