you shouldn't let rumors to change your school. you should ignore them totally. And if you like the other things about the school besides the rumor part then you should stick to it. The others would eventually stop passing rumors if you ignored them

swimming is better than walking and other exercises like crunches, sit ups, touching your toes without bending legs exercise is better
nope try not to put on more weight and how old are you? if you are like14 or 15 you'll still grow for a few more years if you grow taller it would be better
