    Only Nintendo can fix the scratches because the normal scratch erasing crystaline formula wont work for touch screens only regular screens.

    Any PSP media conversion software will do the trick but they will most likely be videos and clips that you would find from a search engine. Movie converting software is another story.

    It all depends on the Hard Disk Drives space. If you have the 40GB,no, but 60GB,80GB yes they will.

    40GB you cant but I think that the 60GB was the best for Ps2 Games. The 80GB will still play a lot though.

    I think it's PAL, North and South America are NTSC

    The ones on ebay typically are the NYKO intercoolers and they dont work. They rob your 360 of significant power and are pointless because they are placed right over the existing fans. They also have destroyed many XBOX 360s because they are so cheaply ...
