This probably won't help but to reduce getting close to the litter you can get litter trays that once turned round 360' all litter will fall into a little draw. but I think your idea is great.

NO Im a christian and there is nothing in the bible that says you have to pray for a certain amount of time there is nothing that says you have to pray at all.
