Ok, you dont have to run so extremely much... Replace Ice Cream with Frozen Yogurt (100 calories) Replace Hotdogs With Smart Dogs(45 calories) Eat Rice Cakes (flavored if you want) as a snack (35-60 calories) I really really enjoy all of these :)

That may be a problem if you already eat healthy, because you might not be able to lose weight as easily. Try a sport. And Green tea is supposed to boost your metabolism.

Join a sport that works for you. It doesn't even have to be hard on you. Try yoga, as long as you're moving around. Also, DDR is a very good AND fun way to exercise. You wont even know you're burning calories!
