Woow havn't been on FunAdvice for a verrry long time. I've been quite ill and have been in hospital quite a bit. A lot has happened over the past few months but things are looking good now.

For temporary relief, you can go to your local drugstore, (CVS, Eckerd) and buy some "Orajel". It will numb up the area for like a few hours. And it feels pretty cool too. I used it religiouly when I had a really bad toothache. :)

Stay away from the deep fried foods, and stick with Japanese food, and Chinese food directed towards veggies. It can be on the leaner side if you try to. :)
Take kickboxing. You'll gain some muscle, and some self defense moves. Serioulsy, there is nothing wrong with knowing how to defend yourself, and then you really wont be so worried. Good Luck, :)
