food poisoning is the most common cause of sickness so anyone that says they havnt had food poisoning is lieing. but most people dont even realise that the reason they feel a little off 90% of the time is the result of food poisoning. dont stress bugt...
well the best way is to use a tampon. there isnt any real reason you shouldnt be aloud. but do not wear a pad as it will leak and pads have small jell crystals in them and they absorb moisture and will cause jelly to come out of the pad it its submerge...
