  Gel in my opinion. gel is more healthier and mroe natural looking when you take acrylic nails off your nails are more weak. but gel I find are much stronger :)

  I have very frizzy hair aswell and after I leave the shower I towel dry my hair then brush it, then I get a little mousse, and put it in my hair. dont blow dry your hair it breaks the hair :) or get some anti-frizz products hope my advice helped :)
