  I think she is,because while learning you need to have good meals and what you eat is important to your organism . You just try to keep you always in a high mood not to loose tour appetite.

  You must just understand that if you consentrate yourself and overcome your fear it won't be a problem anymore and than everything will be ok.

  Hay you can stady it whole day long ,but its a subject that must be done in full attention.Just be attentive and try to do everything using your brain!
