one of the reasons why people assume factors as such as you have stated are because they are ignorant in regards with other religions. that is why i created this group to elliminate assumptions as such and by having members joined to this group from various religions we can actually learn something.

yes. we beleave in yhwh. and right when we say that people automatically assume we dont eat pork and we wear scarfs all day. NOPE. we dont eat meat. but we dont wear scarfs. ppl are to quik to judge these days. i judge no one. we dress just like anyone else. haha lol.

i completely agree with you, no one can you tell what or who to believe in. When peopple make remarks like that just ignore it, and have faith in what you belive in.

that seems cool, im a israel, an dont a lot of ppl like me after i tell them that they be like 'why you beve in that stuff' i beve that you should'nt judge ppl by what they beleve in!!

Okay so we'll start with what religion you follow and what are your beliefs.

I'l go fisrt to give you an idea.

I'm a Muslim and my religion is Islam. Islam means 'peace'. There are 5 pillars of Islam which are:
1) Kalimah which is confirming that ''there is no God exept Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah''.
2) Sallah which is the five daily prayers that all muslims must read to Allah
3) zakah which is giving charity
4) Sawm which is fasting in the month of ramadan
5) Hajj The Hajj is a pilgrimage that occurs during the Islamic month of Dhu al-Hijjah in the city of Mecca. Every able-bodied Muslim is obliged to make the pilgrimage to Mecca at least once in his or her lifetime.

Please note that any member being dirsrepectful towards other member's religions will be dismissed from the group. This group was created to learn about other religions and was not created to get into conflict with which religions is right/wrong etc

hey everyone and welcome to the group!

i did create a group that was previously about jokes and riddles and anything else you can add in to get someone laughing but then i thought i'd change it to a religon category where anyone can share anything about their religion.

hey how many of you have had really embarassing moments?

i know i have one that is REALLY EMBARASSING.....i was in my final year at secondary school and we always had a special bus outside, i decided to take the school bus instead of public transport, however the bus was packed so i had to stand with two VERY BIG and WIDE folders...later on a couple of the guys pressed the bell to get off at their stop and i lost my balance as the bus driver was driving fast and WALLAH i fell....i didn't no where to put my face lol, luckily because the bus was so full only the students at front saw me fall so it wasn't that bad but very embarassing!!!
