Would a diet of only chocolate milk actually accomplish anything?

Cuz yeah it’d be eating less, but chocolate milk has a ton of calories so would it actually make me lose weight?

Answer #1

You might lose weight but at the same time certain vitamins and nutrients wouldn’t be taken in and eventually you’d probably end up sick. Besides, eventually you’d probably grow to hate the stuff. Either way, best advice: don’t try it.

Answer #2

I am going to have to say no. Unless your talking about breakfast carnations which are a very good source of protien and vitamins.

But even then you should eat some solid food.

Answer #3

What about those yoghurt diets though lol, isn’t it the same thing?

Answer #4

You shouldn’t starve your body, and I’ve never heard of this chocolate milk diet. But any diets really aren’t good for you. It’s been told to many different people that you shouldn’t try any pills, or crazy celebrity diets, because they don’t work or give your body a negative effect. Eating healthy (fruits and vegetables), making sure you are eating all the calories you need, exercise instead of surgery that could make your body looks deformed since you didn’t lose the weight.

1.) Near to all organic and natural foods, instead of processed 2.) Exercise (even if it’s just a 30 minute walk around the block) 3.) Make sure you get tons of fruits and vegetables 4.) Don’t give up, keep your self motivated if you need a team behind (I’m here)

5.) Wash your face after sweating so your pores don’t clog up and you get breakouts.

6.) Music might help keep you motivated, might want to use it during your exercise time.

Answer #5

No because your body will lose nutrients that will enable you to lose weight.

Answer #6

I haven’t got time to exercise xD and organic food costs money that I don’t have :(

Answer #7

Oh well, then whatever works for you.

Answer #8

Boy, you sure as heck don’t look fat to me but whatever. I’m not trying to be rude but as far as I know eating (or drinking I guess :-/) only a certain thing [for a few days at least] may help you lose weight at first but once you get off it you may gain the weight back. Eating a balanced diet at least will help you keep the weight off. Of course, you could try my mother’s diet but I wouldn’t say that here. If you want funmail me and I’ll tell you although I’m probably gonna sound stupid doing it xP lol

Answer #9

No. Chocolate milk has a ton of calories. You’d end up gaining weight. And who said yogurt diets work?
